Call In Voice Menu


When you first call in, you have the option to just leave a message and have us call you within one (1) business day. Press one (1) for that option.

For Child Care Providers

Select option three (3) when you first call in, then select one of the following:



If you want to leave a message and have you call returned within one business day:

Press 1



If you need to speak with Billing (concerning your payments):

Press 2



If you need to speak with Provider Services (concerning your agreement and/or the facility):

Press 3



If you need to report CPS Absences (it will go to voicemail, please leave all info on the voicemail):

Press 4



If you are calling concerning a CPS case (If you have questions or anything other than absences):

Press 5



If you need help with CCAA:

Press 6



If you are returning a call or need to talk to someone about a client:

Press 7



If you are calling in to report a late parent share of cost (PSOC):

Press 8



If you are calling in a 3 day or 5 day no word absence (it will go to voicemail, please leave all info on the voicemail):
