Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas, in partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Veterans Commission, Texas Workforce Solutions, and Texas Medical Center, hosted the 12th annual Hiring Red White and You Hiring Event on November 9th at the Texarkana Convention Center. 

Hiring Red, White and You, is a hiring event that connects Veterans, transitioning military members, and military spouses to employers in Northeast Texas.  This year's event was a great success, with more than 70 employers in attendance.  Many of the employers were able to set up interviews with job seekers they spoke with during the event.  

A special thanks to Courtney Arbour, Director of the Workforce Development Division at the Texas Workforce Commission, and Travis Ransom, 26 year Veteran of the Army Reserve and Cass County Judge.  Also, thank you to Buddy Deese for the national anthem, and the Arkansas High ROTC program for the Presentation of Colors.
