Workforce Solutions offers fully-equipped office space, which includes wireless internet access, to employers for recruiting and interviewing prospective employees.
Incumbent Worker Training - Upgrade the skills and knowledge of existing employees that may be necessary due to expansion or the introduction of a new product, new technology, or a new process. Training grants provided to employers within the region
On the Job Training – Reduce the cost of training new, eligible employees through on-site preparation. Workforce Solutions may pay up to 50% of the wages for eligible employees while they train on the job. This helps you in reducing costs while training a new employee – the most expensive phase of the employee’s tenure.
Tax Credit & Incentives - Identify state and federal tax credits and incentives available to you.
Staff Support Available - Staff is available to assist with resume and application depository, pre-screening applicants, recruiting applicants from current database, and scheduling interviews.
