How can employers benefit from the Work Certified Program?

New entry level employees may not always have a firm concept of employment fundamentals such as maintaining high work ethics or using proper workplace mannerisms. Training for these employees can be costly and time consuming for employers.

Hiring a graduate of the Work Certified Program provides employers the opportunity to hire individuals who have a positive attitude, an overall understanding of how a company operates, work ethics, and a basic understanding of reading, writing and arithmetic.

Employers who have invested in expensive training in the past, only to discover the applicant did not have the right attitude, may now rely on the Work Certified Program to prepare workers before they are hired. By requiring job seekers to be Work Certified, employers will ensure they are hiring qualified individuals.
